Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using OutSwitch (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What OutSwitch does
OutSwitch is a mobile application that allows you to toggle your Out of Office status across multiple workplace communication platforms — including Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and WhatsApp — with a single action. The App acts on your behalf using authorization credentials you provide.
3. Your account and credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of your Out of Office settings. You authorize OutSwitch to access and modify your Out of Office status on connected platforms on your behalf, using the permissions you grant during the connection flow.
You may revoke OutSwitch's access to any connected platform at any time through that platform's own settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use OutSwitch only for its intended purpose. You may not:
- Use the App to send spam, misleading messages, or unauthorized communications.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or the terms of service of any connected platform.
5. Third-party services
OutSwitch integrates with third-party platforms (Slack, Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. OutSwitch is not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of those platforms.
6. Disclaimers
OutSwitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that Out of Office status changes will be applied instantly or without interruption. Platform API changes may affect App functionality.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutSwitch and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed communications or unintended Out of Office activations.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as OutSwitch evolves. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
